Traceman Ltd has operated in Swinton since 1992, designing, supplying and installing specialist electrical systems: surface heating and thermal insulation, pump house wiring, electronic monitoring of sprinkler systems, leak detection, gaseous extinguishing, fire detection and alarm, and security systems. It has opted out of Part P registration and no longer works in the domestic market. With NICEIC membership it offers inspection and testing to BS 7671 for premises up to major industrial units, including periodic inspection of existing systems. It tests, maintains and certifies fire alarm and emergency lighting systems, with links to BT Red care or GSM and 24 hour monitoring of system status, and carries out PAT testing at offices, works or on site.
